Network outside Your Comfort Zone

Networking is great, but do we really need to be in a room full of desperate actors competing against one another to meet industry folk? No and here’s now

1. Think of who you know in any industry and find out if maybe there might be industry people at their events.
2. Get your friends to let you tag along for free food/drink and be the only actor in the room instead of one of many actors in the room.
3. Be yourself, take interest in others and eventually the conversation may lead to introductions to people who can help you.
